CB6000 - 3rd problem: complete device body split

We had a couple of uneventful weeks of sol wearing the CB6000. But don't equate "uneventful" with "boring"! I use "uneventful" to describe the fact the device worked perfectly. But it's probably the wrong word because it doesn't describe the fantastic way your lives change with chastity devices.

Both of us were really getting off on chastity play. I often found myself thinking of sol wearing the device at work, and also loved the key holding power side of it. We both found the experience extremely erotic. And that state of mind probably contributed to the next problem LOL.

During sexual service, the strain on sol's cock caused the CB6000 to split again. But this time the entire plastic body cracked open, both top and bottom, as you can see in the photo above. I can certainly understand why some people give up on the CB6000 and turn to other devices with a different design that can't split, but we were given this device by friends to "research" and we are very much enjoying that journey. So. Back to how to repair it...

Sol had used Epoxy Bond Super Strength, a two part epoxy adhesive that works with most plastics, on the first split. Obviously something else was needed. Keeping all the excellent advice about glues and similar experiences we've received from friends and readers in mind, sol repaired the device this time with Plastic Cement / Poly Cement which works by melting a plastic surface into another plastic surface, joining them together with a powerful bond. Hmmm. We'll see!

We left this for several days to bond, and I put sol back into the device last Tuesday. He wore it until Friday, without incident. I allowed him Friday out of the device to wash, make sure his PA piercing was fine and relax, but will put him back in today. Because it's time to have sol repeat the sexual service that resulted in the device cracking open ... let's see if the glue holds....

CB6000 - repairs

Repairing the CB6000 with glue is a popular way to fix the plastic device's very common splitting problems, a problem many people consider a dangerous design flaw. After lots of research on what might work best (thanks so much to all the friends who contributed both on this blog and sol's Fetlife posts ... all your experiences / advice were much appreciated), sol decided to try Epoxy Bond Super Strength, a two part epoxy adhesive that works with most plastics, that dries clear and bonds with maximum strength after 3 days.

Sol used very fine sandpaper on the split and glued inside and out - you can see the glue a bit in the photo above. We gave it the whole weekend to bond.

Sol wore the CB6000 to work yesterday, with a key just in case of irritation from the glue / sandpapering. I didn't want to risk an injury like the last one. It took over a week to heal and left a scar. But his cock seemed fine last night. The glue on the device was not flaking or lifting, as some friends reported, so fingers crossed it might hold.

I left sol out of chastity last night, then relocked the device on him this morning. I again gave him the key, "just in case". I was amused later to see he left the key at home ... hope he didn't have any trouble during the day. He's home now, so I'll go check!

A little Sunday CBT...

First ClubFEM - NSW event: a Femdom tea party in Sydney

An update to my post about ClubFEM reaching Australian shores:

ClubFEM comes to Australia

A couple of months ago a new Domme friend in Perth - who's name on Fetlife is Caroline_Perth - started the ball rolling regarding local Australian branches of ClubFEM.

What's ClubFEM, you ask? Well for a start the FEM in that title is an acronym for "Females Enslaving males", so that might give you an idea. ClubFEM's website states:

I'd known of ClubFEM for a while. I was looking forward one day to purchasing their Male Chastity Device for sol:

She then created an elegant website for it, and (as one does these days) launched her new ClubFEM branch on Fetlife with a new group in it's honor ("The first of ClubFEM International chapters in Australia and I hope the first of many "down under").

Her enthusiasm caught on. Over the last month Head Mistress Ella has approved the creation of WyckedMystress' ACT branch, a NSW branch run by yours truly and a Queensland branch run by MistressTerra, who I was delighted to introduce to Head Mistress Ella. This is where things stand at present, but we have hopes soon of a Tasmania branch ... with Victorian and South Australian branches to follow. Not sure about the Northern Territory but fingers crossed, LOL.

So now it's time to put some promotion into ClubFEM here in Australia (we are in the process of creating websites), encourage local membership and organize some events. Caroline just held her first munch in Perth, and WyckedMystress has a Femdom tea party planned for the weekend after next. I'm planning to hold a ClubFEM NSW munch in Sydney on my next trip south. S(A)X's Chastity Cock Strap

Steve Sax very kindly sent us one of his new toy designs while we were in Melbourne for OzKinkFest ... thank you Steve!

As sol is out of the CB6000 for a few days due to injury it seemed the perfect time to try out Steve's new design. Steve calls it a Chastity Cock Strap, and it looks like this on his website:


And looks just like that when it arrives:


Steve writes on his website that "the Chastity Cock Strap is made from 15mm wide soft garment nappa folded on to a cotton stiffener to stop stretching. It [is] supplied with two chrome pad locks, that when locked severely restrict the removal of the straps. The locking posts pass through heavy duty eyelets with washers".

I can vouch for the softness of the leather, the Cock Strap has a lovely feel to it. Here's me checking it out, while sol waits:

One feature that I really like is that the two straps that go around the cock and balls move, so that you get a perfect fit for any genital size / length. Here I am locking the bottom strap around the base of sol's balls:

But what about as a chastity device? Obviously it leaves the cock and balls basically exposed, allowing lots of stimulation of various sorts ... so yes, you could come with it on. If you were silly enough to do this without permission *grin*. But on the other hand sol confirmed this morning that with the locks fitted to the tightest setting it was quite painful getting an erection.
