As most regular readers know, sol and I are into chastity but have never found a device that suited us. There was always some problem, or we didn't like part of the design or whatever. Probably 90% dithering, really lol. But now we've found something we really like the look of, so we thought we'd run it by you.
I recently met nexo on Fetlife. If you are not a member of Fetlife and you're interested in male chastity, there are some active groups there you might like to take part in. Here's a thread with guys who wear chastity devices discussing their pros and cons. nexo started a thread on the Kinky Items For Sale group about the Hardcore Male Chastity Devices he made. Here's one of his posts:
"I thought this [design] through for two years before the concept took form, asking myself lots of questions and getting clear regarding my intentions and desires. I really wanted something that was aesthetically pleasing to look at and which could be perceived from several perspectives... miniature sculpture, art, body jewelry, medical prosthetic, and functional chastity device.LOL. So I went to check out his website . He's right about it being aesthetically pleasing, it's almost like a piece of very fine jewelry. Then I started a private conversation with him. The following info is drawn from both that conversation, the groups above and nexo's site."The CB-2000 actually provided inspiration in the form of reviews, which stated that it wasn't foolproof and inescapable, and being a problem solver I decided to put my pervy little mind to work and see what I could devise, reverse engineering my concept to the simplest and most effective form I could imagine.
"Now I'd like to super-size it, making it about three hundred times bigger, and see if I can get it placed as an installation in [Seattle Art Museum's] new Olympic Sculpture Park in Seattle! I like thinking BIG :)"
nexo's very elegant solid stainless steel device consists of three pieces: a solid metal ring that fits snugly around the base of the cock and balls; a hollow urethral sound welded to an angled brace or bracket that inserts into the ring; and a small padlock with key.
Here's what it looks like before assembly:
Here's some info from nexo's website:
"The device seizes the penis while soft, and locks on to prevent erection, intercourse or masturbation. The unique design makes it impossible to remove the device or pull the penis out. The high quality, surgical-grade steel makes for easy care and maintenance, and allows him to remain chaste while showering or using the bathroom.
"Fitting is very, very simple. Just slide his testicles and penis through the solid steel ring, then insert the urethral wand into his flaccid penis using a personal lubricant. Finally, lock it all together with the included padlock. The compact design keeps the penis naturally pointed downward, so bulging and noticability is virtually non-existent. The urethral wand is rounded for easy insertion, and allows him to urinate while remaining confined. This innovative, open design makes the device much more hygienic to use than devices which completely enclose the penis"
We've seen other versions like this in the past. What intrigued us especially was the second style:
"If you're new to urethral insertion you may wish to consider purchasing the Premier Edition. With the Premier Edition you can choose a rod diameter of 1/8" or 3/16." If you have a narrower than average urethra the 1/8" diameter rod is the suggested choice. Urine flows around the rod when using the bathroom"

"This version of the chastity device uses a hollow tube instead of a solid rod, and urine flows through the tube when the chastized male uses the bathroom.
"The Deluxe Male Chastity Edition is offered with a standard tube diameter of 5/16," though custom made devices with larger diameter tubing are available for the daring or advanced user"
Our first question to nexo was about possible irritation around the urethra:
Our second question was whether nexo saw this as a short term wear device or long term. He confirmed the latter:"Irritation, when it does happen, mainly occurs inside the urethra where the tip of the device rubs the skin. This can happen with PA Wands also. A product called "Bag Balm" is the best salve/lubricant around to help with such irritation when it occurs, and it's available at a wide variety of stores, including drugstores and natural food stores, food co-ops, etc."
"I consider it a long term wear device, though a person may need some time to adjust to it. In the least, it should be removed for cleaning once per week anyway, and this in itself could make for a very nice scene... :)"We asked about customer testimonials, primarily to check how long they'd worn their devices. nexo said he'd check back with several, and shortly afterwards sent me a review by S. S calls the device a "cock trap" which I rather like ("It looks not at all like a cage, but rather more like some kind of mousetrap for your cock. For lack of a name, I'll call it the "Cock Trap""):
Anyway, if it's of interest do go check out nexo's website. There is more info there, including measurements and sizing if you think you'd like to go ahead, plus pricing. This is high but perfectly within reason for having such an elegant device made to fit you personally. We'll certainly go ahead as soon as we can, and we'll let you know how it goes. If you order one yourself, please let us know, we'd love to include your experiences here.

thanks to nexo and S c/-

Mistress 160,
It looks an interesting design and slightly similar to one that i have seen before, albeit that one has a shortened metal tube for insertion which is designed to go into a PA piercing hole and exit out of the top of the penis rather than fit inside the whole length of the uretha.
My comments - as a regular CB3000 wearer - would be as follows;
a) It is always great to see new designs and i applaud the 'pared down' approach this one takes.
b) It would leave the penis relatively free to still be tortured when wearing the device - something that the enclosed devices don't enable - though testicles can still be tortured!
c) i'd be concerned with that much metal inside me in case i fell (or came off my bicycle) - i can imagine a VERY nasty internal injury!!
d) Being metal it could trigger security screens quite easily - something the CB range doesn't do being plastic - even with a metal padlock attached. As my job takes me into government buildings with such scanner devices on a regular basis i'd be concerned lest i constantly triggered these :)
e) The danger of infection would be an issue - i showed this to my Owner and this was Her immediate reaction. However, having been pierced in the past and with urine being relatively sterile i would be less concerned about this.
Overall, i'll stick to the CB3000. But thanks for bringing to attention.

Thanks poppet,
That was extremely helpful. I'll pass on your comments to nexo and also ask him specifically to get back to us re the security screening issue.
At the moment we're thinking of sol wearing something like this half the time, and something like the CB3000 the rest. I think its good to have a break from each type, also I like the fact the CB3000 stops him touching himself (mind you, if the pain is severe with erections with nexo's one that would eventually stop the playing *evil grin*).
Dear Mistress 160
Have never posted before, but been a fan of your "blog" for some 9 months.
Especially as we are both Australian (East Gippsland here)
I have to agree with all "Happy Pet" has said, and add that wearing that CB 24/7 would be a no, no, for me.
I have worn a Lori #7 for 4 years more or less 24/7 and (unfortunately) it is 100% effective in preventing masturbation.
The device you are considering (in my opinion) will not stop attempts of abuse, even though they maybe painful. To explain, I have a Lori #15 spiral, and after 14 days confinement I still could not stop trying to orgasm with my hand, and yes I was successful albeit with a painful "ruined orgasm".
I do agree with you that swapping devices is a good option, however I would keep this device for supervised play and say the CB3000 for day to day confinement.
You will find good info on the Lock n Keep website, where I spend most of my time.
Your new country house looks terrific, and the privacy must make endless opportunities for play.
Regards,
Barney
Thank you, Barney,
Nice to meet you :)
That's all great info and well worth knowing. I think nexo's device is so new the main problem is we need more feedback from actual wearers. He is kindly providing that as it becomes available and I'll keep adding info here.
