The last day of sol's birthday weekend we gave Mistress Dee a hand with her bondage skills share workshop at Uber. We really enjoyed ourselves, and so too did the attendees - the comments handed in later were really positive.
As I've said in other posts, Uber's dungeon makes a great central workshop area. It allows presenters to utilize the dungeon's equipment for workshops, such as Miss Dee's demo sub who you can see in the photo with sol below (sol's the one not strung up ... don't worry, he was stripped and put in bondage with the vertical ball presenter later).
Miss Dee's second demo sub was the beautiful Holly Hill, who Miss Dee placed in a rope body harness. All three subs talked later in the workshop about their experiences and feelings while restrained.
Holly was a treat to meet. She is the author of Sugarbabe and Toyboy, two amazing best sellers here in Oz (and I'm sure elsewhere). I adored the cover of Sugarbabe long before I had the pleasure of reading it, and meeting it's author. I hope Holly won't mind my reproducing the cover here:
"Attractive, professional, well-spoken, well-dressed 35-year-old woman seeks sugar daddy. I live in Darlinghurst on a 17th floor unit with fantastic skyline views to the harbour. The unit also features very discreet and secure undercover guest parking. I am looking for exclusivity so will (theoretically) be available to you 24 x 7. I am single and don't have any children. I am also a fabulous cook and can provide gourmet meals should you require them. I am a qualified psychologist so I make an excellent listener, and I have a great love of conversation. I have also worked for many years in public relations so am a clever, charming companion in just about any situation. I love sex. I will require a generous weekly allowance in return for all of the above".Definitely worth a read, folks. And then you can read Toyboy, equally as interesting and featuring a little more BDSM....
"Holly Hill (pseudonym) gave up her job at the behest of her wealthy boyfriend - and then found herself dumped and penniless. After spending six weeks in bed pining for her lost love, she was encouraged by a friend to be 'open-minded' about her career choices - and ended up placing an online ad for a sugar daddy. She received an almost overwhelming response from all sorts of men, but most of them were married men whose wives had lost interest in sex. As Holly interviewed the men and settled on a candidate, she decided to record what happened next. Those almost-daily observations became a journal documenting Holly's extraordinary experiences - not just the men she meets, but the things she finds out about marriages, in particular, and what men need from them.
"SUGARBABE is her real-life account of the emails, meetings, employment of and interactions with the applicants for the role, and the five men she eventually chooses (not all at the same time!). It is by turns funny, enlightening, challenging and thought-provoking.
"There has never been a book like SUGARBABE before, because no one like Holly has ever set out to document this kind of fascinating social experiment. SUGARBABE gives all of us who might have wondered what it would be like to involved in a situation like this the opportunity to be the ultimate voyeur.Holly's acute observations give us entre to an almost-secret world of men who love their wives but need more, and the women like Holly who have no intention of destroying marriages but, instead, want to help provide what's lacking in the marriage so they actually don't need to break up".
Which brings me back to the workshop, where we were looking at all sorts of types of restraint. We discussed, and showed examples, of leather, rope, rubber, plastic ... Miss Dee brought rolls of gladwrap for everyone to try, and this was a huge success, we took some wonderful photos ... fabric and metal items that could be used to bind. I showed how effective carabinars are, for restraining a body quickly, leaving more time for doing more creative things. Like inflicting pain....
Speaking of which, at the close on the seminar Miss Dee kindly gave me one of her tiny, very hot candles from Japan to conclude sol's birthday celebrations....
I place the tiny candle on the back of sol's cuffed hand and lit it. You can see how pure the flame was, in the photos above and below. Sol found it very intense indeed.
By the time it burned down to the skin the lit wick was sitting in a circle of white wax... it left such a nice mark...
Was this not the perfect scene to conclude sol's birthday BDSM weekend?!
Later we joined Miss Dee and several friends, including Eileen and maymay, at a Mongolian restaurant for dinner. Wonderful food, and company. Speaking of Central Asia, I must tell you soon about my new toy from Kazahkstan ....
